Film #136: INKHEART (2008)

I didn't really like this film it was a bit dry. I liked the idea but it got boring at points or became too ridiculous. I think that this is one of those films that should have stayed as a book. It's a fantasy film about a girl who discovers her fathers talent to bring characters out from their books and they have to stop a freed villain from being evil and destroying everything. It just felt like the Golden Compass film and shouldn't have been made. Or should have been made a few year in the future when the quality of which it is written could have been improved.
