Film #198: JAWS: THE REVENGE (1987)

They should have stopped at the first one. They've gotten more and more ridiculous with each film. The brilliant thing about the first Jaws is that no one had ever seen anything like it and it was so amazingly shot and the more films they made the more ridiculous they've gotten. I also think that we as an audience are now not scared of the concept anymore because of the first films. When Jaws came out it was amazing because the plot was unknown and it was so powerful that  the tourism industry had a massive decrease in people wanting to go in the oceans.  So yeah I didn't really like this one. I've now seen all the Jaws films and the first one is by far the best one.
