Film #236: ROPE (1948)

This was a brilliant film by Hitchcock. And it was beautifully shot. It's based on a play so Hitchcock wanted to have a theatre feel to the film therefore it feels as it the film is shot in one continuous shot with no editing, there is some which has been cleverly hidden but it's done so well you don't notice. The story is about the psychological morals of two guys who kill someone in the first minute of the film and seeing if they're going to get caught. I absolutely loved it.
