Film #260: THE ARTIST (2011)

This was a really good film and an amazing watch. It was so nice to see the classic film style being shown appreciation through this film. I really loved the narrative and I'm glad it won the awards that it did as it can help encourage other directors to explore new ways of filming and editing based from the influence of how film originally started. These days anyone can make a film so they've lost sight of the skill it was to make a brilliant and classic film. Very few directors/writers these days actually have it in them to make something brilliant and beautiful.
