Film #244: QUEEN KELLY (1927)

What a film! This was so strange for the time it came out with some quite risky plot choices. It starts off as a traditional romance film but ends as a really strange and quite controversial ending. This film thrives for the close up though and really starts to show a development in the film narrative. It is a good watch, a little long but good.
